We love designing homes and will work with you to create a concept for your new home that fits your brief and looks great both inside and outside. Plus, with our knowledge of construction, materials and structural requirements, we ensure your home will be cost effective, able to built to a high standard as well as aesthetically pleasing.
Not only will our in-house team design you a gorgeous home, but we will also prepare the approval plans, interior elevations and project manage all approval documentation required.
You can also opt to include detailed construction drawings so you can clearly outline to your builder the elements and details included in the home. This is a piece of gold when having multiple builders quote your project as it provides a level playing field, allowing you to choose the right builder on the things that matter to you.

Yes, we employee a full-time draftswoman to produce all our designs. Trevor started life out as an architectural draftsman with a architectural drafting course under his belt. Alongside Emma’s design eye, this team brings to the table unique perspective with years and years of experience working together.
Clients receive 2D detailed plans at each stage of the design process along with a 3D walkthrough giving you a perspective which is invaluable when making decisions for your new home. A full set of interior elevations of all your rooms is included along with a detailed specification outlining every finish, fixtures and fitting made. Your package includes submission plans, design project management, and consultation right up until you receive your final approvals. Planning management is included depending on the lot, council/area and complexity of the approval required. Construction drawings are received at the end of the process.
From concept to approval drawings, this process can take 3-6 months. Council or certifier approval time is additional and is very hard to pin point as it is highly dependant on reports required, current assessors work load and any RFI’s council return. The timing of the design phases is also determined by how quickly you are able to provide feedback and make decisions. The remaining plans and approvals can take an additional 6-8 weeks.
We have been designing homes for over 10 years and have often worked with clients living abroad, different states and cities, as well as locally. There are no limitations on where you need to be – we have all the facilities to communicate all design elements, concepts and project management via emails, phone calls, video calls, project management software and of course in person.
We like to understand your budget in our first initial meeting which assists us in providing guidance on design, selections and construction methods that will allow your new home or renovation to stay within budget.
