Meet Trevor Dowse & Emma McQuarters
Designing and building quality, bespoke homes is our greatest passion. We take pleasure knowing the level of detail, workmanship and attention our homes receive is second to none. After working together for over 10 years, we know how to get the best out of each other effortlessly.
With extensive experience in designing and building high-end homes, we know the relationship between the design and construction process is of utmost importance, and how intertwined these journeys are. This is why our unique process incorporates both elements.
Attention to detail and our high expectation of quality is our main focus. Our homes are built to last and stand the test of time.

Trevor Dowse
DIRECTOR
After starting out as an Architectural Draftsman, working through all aspects of Contracts Administration, Construction Management and becoming a Builder, Trevor has had over 15 years experience in the building industry on the South Coast.
Trevor is involved with our clients from the beginning, ensuring their home is designed and built to the highest standard.
Emma McQuarters
DESIGN MANAGER
Passionate about beautiful spaces, people and experiences, Emma has had more than 10 years experience in building, interior design and client relations and loves nothing more than being able to design bespoke homes for fantastic people!
Emma works hand-in-hand with our clients throughout the design and construction phases, facilitating all building and interior design aspects and planning procedures; making our homes a reality in a smooth, stress free way.
Georgia Morrison-Spencer
PLANNING & PROCUREMENT MANAGER
With a degree in Construction Management and 10 years experience in commercial and residential construction, Georgia works alongside Trevor and Emma in managing design and construction projects from a planning, estimating and procurement perspective.
Ben Fox
Project Manager
With 8 years experience in commercial and residential construction, Ben has outstanding communication skills. Working with Trevor and Georgia, Ben manages each project during the construction phase, driving projects forward whilst reducing risk. He uses his strong negotiation skills incorporated with his valued trade and supplier relationships to ensure every project runs smoothly and is delivered on time.
Sarah Mullard
Draftswoman
Sarah is a residential draftswoman with over 10 years experience, who works to create the incredible technical drawings used to bring your dream home to life. In conjunction with Emma and Trevor, Sarah works from establishing concepts to construction detailing.
