Cameron Harrison

Project Manager

Our newest addition to the LHB team, as our Project Manager, Cameron, oversees the entire build process, keeping every project on course and smooth sailing all the way through. With his engineering expertise and meticulous attention to detail, Cameron ensures every home meets the high-end quality standards we uphold. When he’s not managing projects and making every touchpoint feel effortless for our clients, you’ll find Cameron spending time with his young family – surfing, bike riding or skiing.

Sarah Mullard

Architecural Draftswoman

A residential draftswoman with over 10 years’ experience, Sarah’s incredible technical drawings – or what we call ‘masterpieces’ – are utilised to bring your bespoke home design to life. Working closely with Emma and Trevor, Sarah specialises in everything from establishing concepts to construction detailing. Beyond the architectural drawings, Sarah adores pottering in her garden and spending time with her three kids.

Emma McQuarters

Owner & Design Manager

With 15 years of experience in building, interior design and client relations, Emma loves nothing more than designing bespoke homes. She combines her real-world building experience with a friendly approach, and is genuinely excited about her client’s hopes and dreams. After hours, Emma enjoys exploring all things interiors, travelling and quality time with her two kids.

Trevor Dowse

Director

A man of many skills, Trevor’s chalked up over 20 years of building experience on the South Coast. He earned his stripes as an Architectural Draftsman, working through all aspects of Contracts Administration, Construction Management and finally becoming a Builder.

Trevor is involved with our clients from the start, ensuring their home is designed and built to the highest standard. When off-duty, you can find Trevor sharpening his many skills – fishing, surfing and skiing, of course!
