Hey, I’m Trev!
A little bit about me… Prior to starting Life Home Builders, I worked my way through the building industry learning invaluable knowledge from all facets of the industry, with Strongbuild, a well known and loved building company on the South Coast.
My journey started with 2 years of Architectural Drafting, followed by a couple of years as a Drafting Manager before a position as a Contracts Administrator became available. This is where I got an understanding of how the designs I had drawn would come together physically. Finally, I worked as the Construction Manager for 6 years, working closely with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver countless quality, custom homes.
This experience introduced me to some incredible subcontractors, contractors, and consultants, who I have been able to rely on and build solid relationships with over the past 15 years. It’s great to support them, and in return they support us by knowing and delivering the quality and workmanship expected for our clients.
Alongside my wife Emma, Life Home Builders has been built on our passion for classic country homes, which we developed over many years. I personally love the intricate detailing that goes into them, overseeing the quality control, and handing over homes that will be loved by their owners for years to come.

Hello, I’m Emma!!
My 10 years experience as Client Liaison for Strongbuild allowed me to manage the entire design and planning process for countless homes, majority of which I saw come to life from concept to final handover. My role involved influencing and detailing drawings, colour and material consulting, selecting all finishes, fixtures and fittings with clients and guiding them through the process – and I loved every minute of it!
Before working in the construction industry, I had years of experience in the event and hospitality industry, which has proved to be priceless when it comes to customer service, organisational skills and eye for detail!
After years of working with Trevor and developing our skills, it wasn’t long before we had people suggesting we delve into our own business – people who wanted to work with us and our unique vision for the homes we design and build.
Our journey to creating Life Home Builders was based on a desire to start something new, while always leaning on our past experience and knowledge.
I always love watching our clients’ dreams come to life in the form of a quality, bespoke home in which they add their own personal touches. Seeing them in awe of the final product when their home is completed – beyond their expectations – is priceless.
At Life Home Builders, we design and build bespoke, classic country and timeless coastal homes across the South Coast and Southern Highlands.
We pride ourselves on establishing great relationships with all clients through our excellent communication, which fosters an enjoyable experience before, during and after the completion of their dream home.
It’s an absolute pleasure to be involved in conceptualising, designing and building prestige custom homes for our clients. We get so much joy handing over their keys at the end of the design and build journey.
